Whipped cream biscuits


Ingredients

2 cup Flour
3 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Heavy cream, whipped


Directions
  1. Sift dry ingredients and add to whipped cream.
  2. Roll ½-inch think and cut with biscuit cutter.
  3. Bake in moderate oven 15 minutes.
  4. Yield: 18 note: moderate oven 350 - 400°F.
