**PANCAKES**
3 Eggs**
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Melted butter or oil
**FILLING**
2 tbsp Butter
2 large Apples, peeled & Sliced
2 tbsp Sugar**
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
Whip eggs to blend.
Sift flour, measure it, sift again with salt.
Add flour and salt to eggs in four additions, blend till smooth.
Add milk in two additions and beat in butter or oil.
