2 tbsp Oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
6 Scallions, chopped
1 3/4 lbs Fresh spinach, well washed

1 Egg
1 cup Matzo farfel
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
6 med Carrots, peeled
2 large Onions, sliced
3/4 cup Dry red wine
3/4 cup Beef stock
