Ingredients

3 Eggs
3 tbsp Milk
3 tbsp Melted butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Matzo meal
Filling:
1/2 lbs Dry cottage cheese
1 Egg yolk
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt


Directions
  1. Beat eggs, add milk, butter and salt and blend well.
  2. Add matzo meal gradual
