Basic quiche


Ingredients

1 Deep dish frozen pie crust
1/3 cup Ham, bacon, fish, (sauteed)
4 Eggs
1/2 cup ½-½
1/2 cup Grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions
  1. Pre-bake the pie crust til golden brown.
  2. Layer the meat on the bottom of the crust after it is browned.
  3. In a blender mix the eggs, cheese, ½ and ½ and seasoning.
  4. Pour into the pie shell over the meat and bake for 40 min. at 350
