1/2 cup Beer
1 med Clove garlic, minced
4 slice Swiss cheese, torn in pieces
2 tbsp Flour
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
French or italian bread
1 cup Or wieners or lobster
Or shrimp or artichoke
Directions
Heart in saucepan, or fondue pot, simmer beer and garlic.
Combine cheese and flour, gradually blend into beer.
Heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally.
Blend in soup; heat, stirring until smooth.
Spear bread with fork or toothpick and dip into fondue.
