Zesty stewed tomatoes

1. In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter or margarine in microwave oven 30 seconds.
2. Add onion and green pepper, and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Heat, covered, in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes or until tomatoes are very tender.
