Broiled seafood canapes


Ingredients

1 cup Cooked seafood, flaked
6 slice White bread
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Cheddar or 1/3 cup ketchup
-or chili sauce
American cheese, grated


Directions
  1. Toast bread on one side; trim off crusts and cut bread in half.
  2. Butter un toasted sides; cover with a layer of seafood, then ketchup and top with cheese.
  3. Place canapes on a baking sheet under the broiler.
  4. Broil until the cheese is melted and the canapes are heated through.
  5. Makes 12 canapes
