Anadama bread - pan-1


Ingredients

2 1/4 cup Bread Flour
1 tbsp Dry milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Cornmeal (½ oz)
1 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Water (7 ½ fl.oz)
1 tsp Dry yeast


Directions
  1. Timer or bake (rapid) mode may be used.
  2. Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan.
  3. Add liquid ingredients.
  4. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder.
  5. Press start
