Ernest hemingway's codfish pamplona


Ingredients

1 lbs Salt codfish
2 tbsp Salad oil
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 large Onion, sliced thin
1 Green pepper, sliced thin
2 tbsp Chili sauce
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Marjoram
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup White wine
12 oz Crabmeat, flaked, canned
1 cup Raw shrimp, peeled
1 Mushrooms, (8 ozs) canned


Directions
  1. The night before, cover fish with cold water.
  2. Let stand 20 minutes.
  3. Drain
