Hot chocolate mix


Ingredients

-
**LARGE BATCH***
2 lbs Nestles Quik or substitute
16 oz Nondairy creamer
14 pint Pkg powdered milk
2 lbs Powdered sugar
1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
-(up to ½ cup)
**SMALLER BATCH**
1 lbs Quik
1 3/4 cup Nondairy creamer
8 quart Pkg powdered milk
1 lbs Powdered sugar
1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
-(up to ½ cup)


Directions
  1. Optional: instant coffee powder, about ¾ c for the large batch quantity.
  2. Mix ingredients together.
  3. Use 1/3 c of mixture per mug of boiling water
