Garlic green bean salad


Ingredients

2 lbs Fresh green beans
4 large Cloves fresh garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Minced green onions
1 small Can chopped green chile
Peppers


Directions
  1. Cut beans in 2-inch lengths.
  2. Boil until tender-crisp and drain.
  3. Peel garlic and mash with salt.
  4. Add oil, vinegar, onions and chiles.
  5. Pour over beans while hot.
  6. Toss gently.
  7. Refrigerate
