Directions

Bring to boil crushed pineapple and sugar remove from heat and stir in Jello; then cream cheese. Add ice water, stir and let chill until getting thick. Fold in Cool Whip and chill again.

Ingredients

  • 1 box apricot Jello (sugar free)
  • 8 oz. Philly cream cheese (lite)
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • (sugar-free)
  • Cool Whip (lite)
  • 1/4 c. sugar (omit) (Sugar Twin
  • 3 pkg.)
  • 1 c. ice water
