Apricot Salad Recipe

Bring to boil crushed pineapple and sugar remove from heat and stir in Jello; then cream cheese. Add ice water, stir and let chill until getting thick. Fold in Cool Whip and chill again.

- 1 box apricot Jello (sugar free)
- 8 oz. Philly cream cheese (lite)
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple

- Cool Whip (lite)
- 1/4 c. sugar (omit) (Sugar Twin
- 3 pkg.)
- 1 c. ice water
