Baked Avocado Sandwiches Recipe

Directions
Mix cream cheese with chives, go really heavy on the chives. Spread on rolls. Slice avocado thinly and lay on cream cheese. Peel carrots then shave with peeler. Add lettuce, cucs, red cabbage and tomatoes (if you like). Bake until vegan bread is crispy andbrowned, about 10 to 15 min. These are fantastic!!! (Flordiaavocados have about 1/2 the fat of California or Hass avocadoes.)
