- sliced 3/4 cup crushed ice 1/4 cup water or vegan soymilk 3 scoops vanilla or fruit flavoured ice-soy (vegan ice cream) Vegetable Protein powder according to instructions on package Optional Ingredients (use vegan versions): Vitamin powders according to instructions
