1. Put everything in a blender. Be sure ice is crushed before blending.2. Blend until smooth.3. Drink and enjoy!! It's a filling and nutritious treat, great for breakfast or just as a snack!!

  • sliced 3/4 cup crushed ice 1/4 cup water or vegan soymilk 3 scoops vanilla or fruit flavoured ice-soy (vegan ice cream) Vegetable Protein powder according to instructions on package Optional Ingredients (use vegan versions): Vitamin powders according to instructions
