Directions

Stir ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 1/2 hours covered and 1/2 hour uncovered. Gravy may be thickened if desired.

  • 2 pounds stew meat
  • cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Burgundy wine
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
