Beer Marinated Flank Steak Recipe

Directions
Combine all ingredients except steak in a large shallow dish, mixing well. Add steak, cover, and refrigerate 12 hours, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade, grill about 15 minutes each side or until desired doneness. To serve, thinly slice diagonally across grain.

- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 cloves garlic
- crushed
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 (12oz) can of beer
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
