Use a high powered blender. Add berries, yoghurt, honey, soy milk, vanilla and blend until smooth. Get good antioxidant power!

Directions

Place milk and honey in a blender. Add berries and ice. Blend until smooth.
Strain if you don’t want the seeds.
Enjoy

  • ½ cup fresh frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbs. honey
  • 6 oz. soy milk or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 ice cubes
