Berry Good Smoothie Recipe
Blue berries, raspberries

Use a high powered blender. Add berries, yoghurt, honey, soy milk, vanilla and blend until smooth. Get good antioxidant power!

Directions
Place milk and honey in a blender. Add berries and ice. Blend until smooth.
Strain if you don’t want the seeds.

- ½ cup fresh frozen blueberries
- ½ cup fresh frozen raspberries
- 1 tbs. honey
- 6 oz. soy milk or low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
