Directions
This makes a fabulous breakfast if you
want something convenient or need to
eat on the go. Simply fry up some
Gimme lean patties and brown tofu
slices about slightly less than half
inch thick, just a bit of oil will do.
Place on toasted English muffins with a
few condiments if wanted (tomatoes are
delicious). Feel free to substitute
Gimme lean with fried strips of tempeh
or nutritional flakes for the cheeze.
A very filling meal with lots of
digestible protein.
Preparation time: 15 mins.

- firm tofu
- vegan English muffins
- vegan cheeze slices
