Combine ingredients and chill. (Can use "light", no cholesterol mayonnaise.)

  • 1 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
