A quick and easy recipe for vegan chili

Prep Time: 5 minutes + Cook Time: 1 minutes = 6 minutes
Directions
Dice onion, and saute in oil, add soy sausage, crumbling it
like ground beef.
Add all canned ingredients.
Cook over
medium heat until hot. Stir often to prevent sticking and
burning.
Serve hot. FAST AND EASY.
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- 1 pkg. soy chorizo (spicy Mexican style "sausage")
- 1 can pinquito beans (pintos or kidneys work as well)
- 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes (diced)
- 1 can corn (optional)
