Funnel Cake Recipe

Beat egg and milk. Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Drop into hot fat (375 percent) thru funnel working from center--out. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
