Hummus Surprise Sandwich Recipe

Directions
Spread hummus on each slice of vegan bread. Top each slice with
whatever you've decided sounds good or looks good...several
things together is best! Eat as open-face sandwich. I love
coming up with new variations of this and never get bored.
Remember, there's some great hummus flavors out now..even at
the local supermarket.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of firm
- chewy vegan bread of choice
- 2 tablespoon hummus of choice
- A handful of assorted sliced or diced veggies or other things.. i.e. cukes
- carrots
- tomatoes
- olives
- bazil
- beans
- onions
- pickles
- whatever...be creative!
