Directions
Soak or marinate previously frozen tofu in ginger tea or
vegan ginger beer four hours or overnight. Remove next day and
drain and pat dry.
slice into strips and roll in orange marmelade and then in
crushed peanuts. Bake on cookie sheet that has been
sprayed with pam 5 seconds on each side or until golden
brown and done. Serve with fried rice and pickeled
kqumquats or melon balls. Enjoy!

- 1 pkg 8 oz mori-nu silken tofu
- firm style
- orange marmelade
- crushed peanuts
- ginger tea
