Lemon--pineapple Mold Recipe

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Mix cheese and buttermilk in blender until smooth. Pour into gelatin mixture. Add crushed pineapple. Let set in refrigerator until firm.

- 1 envelope lemon gelatin
- 1 envelope lime gelatin
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
