Directions
Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat (on medium) until it thickens and leaves sides of pan. Take out and roll into smooth ball. Store in tightly covered container.

- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. water
- Food coloring
