Strawberry-cream Crepes Recipe

Directions
Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in
strawberries and whipped cream. Divide among crepes;
fold. Garnish with additional whipped cream and a
strawberry centered on the cream. Yields 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 4 c Sliced fresh Strawberries
- 2 tb Sugar
- 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 c Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c Heavy cream
- whipped
- 12 x Dessert Crepes
- 12 x Whole Strawberries to garnis
