- Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf
- 9 ounces water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
