Yummy Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Directions
1. Bake the potatoes in the oven for
around an hour or so. Remove them from the oven and let
them cool for around 10 minutes and
then peel the skin off.
3. Chop then mash the potatoes. Smooth the potatoes, so they are not lumpy.
Add soymilk, and soy cream. Mix.
4. Add vegan maple syrup, and vegan brown sugar.
Add olive oil butter.
5. Put in a glass bowl, and top with
crumbled pecans and marshmallows.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for around 5 minutes or
until the marshmallows are crunchy.
Remove, and let sit
for 5 minutes.
7. Eat and enjoy!

- 4 sweet potatoes
- vegan maple syrup
- vegan brown sugar
- organic toasted pecans (optional)
- olive oil butter
- vegan marshmallows (optional)
- silk vanilla cream
- 8th continent light vanilla soymilk
