Directions

Cover and simmer slowly for about 30 minutes. Serve in hamburger buns. (Freezes well and improves second day.)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chuck ground
  • Fry until redness is gone in 2 tablespoons butter. Add the following: 1 med. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Salt & pepper
