Bengali Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Directions
Boil and peel potatoes
Mash potatoes
Peel and mince onions
Mince green chillies
Add salt and mustard oil/sauce
Mix all ingredients well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Serve with hot steamed rice
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4
- Mustard Oil or Mustard sauce (English/American) - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Onion - 2 medium sized ones
- Green chilli (optionsl) - 2
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
- Salt - To taste
