Directions

Boil and peel potatoes
Mash potatoes
Peel and mince onions
Mince green chillies
Add salt and mustard oil/sauce
Mix all ingredients well
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
Serve with hot steamed rice

  • Potatoes - 4
  • Mustard Oil or Mustard sauce (English/American) - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion - 2 medium sized ones
  • Green chilli (optionsl) - 2
  • Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
  • Salt - To taste
