Diabetic Pound Cake Recipe

Sift flour and soda. Add oil, sugar substitute and mix well until light. Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 lg. ripe bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
- 4 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
