Pork Chops With Ginger Sherry Recipe

Directions
Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill 4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center.

- 1/3 cup dry sherry
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 butterfly pork chops
- 1 tbsp gingerroot
- finely chopped
