Red Snapper Fillets, Florida Style Recipe

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Put the fillets in a lightly buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds red snapper fillets
- Salt and ground pepper
- A few gratings of nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp grated grapefruit rind
