Shrimp Soft Tacos Recipe

Directions
1. Saute garlic in oiled skillet, add shrimp and cumin. Cook 1 minute or until pink. Remove shrimp. Add onion and saute until tender. Add shrimp, tomato and pepper. Heat through. Remove from heat, stir in cilantro and a pinch of salt. Serve in tortillas with garnishes and lime wedges.

- 8 Mission? Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas warmed
- 3/4 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 Jalape?o Pepper seeded and diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin ground
- Lime wedges
- Sour Cream
- Jack Cheese shredded
