Skillet Steak In Red Wine Sauce Recipe

Directions
Trim excess fat from steak; score steak in diagonal design 1/8 inch deep on both sides. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add steak. Cook steak over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Sprinkle each side of steak with one tsp flour; cook until browned. Add wine, green onions, parsley flakes, lemon juice, and poultry seasoning. Cook steak 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove steak to warm serving platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Simmer sauce in skillet until thickened. Slice steak across grain into thin slices; serve with sauce.

- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbs dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbs lemon juice

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
