Directions
Pour boiling water over Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Chill until very thick but not set. Beat in yogurt with rotary beater. Stir in strawberries and chill.

- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. yogurt (lowfat or nonfat)
- 1-2 c. strawberries
